Use the Vendor Listing page to maintain alio Vendor Portal vendor accounts, lock and unlock vendor accounts, and activate/inactivate vendor accounts. You can access this page from the Admin Home page:
Click the Vendors link in the Navigation Menu. The Vendor Listing grid lists all alio Vendor Portal vendor accounts.
Click a link displayed in the Vendors section: Active Vendors, Inactive Vendors, and Locked Vendors. A Vendor Listing grid lists alio Vendor Portal vendor accounts filtered by the selected type.

Click the Name of a vendor in the Vendor Listing grid to display and, with the proper permission, modify a vendor account. The vendor's number and name as entered in alio will display and cannot be changed. |
Use these methods to filter the vendor account records:
Click the Vendor
Status Drop-down List button
to filter the vendor account records listed
in the grid by status: Active, Inactive, Locked, or All.
Enter the filter criteria
boxes that display at the top of each column in the Vendor
Listing grid. Click the Filter
button 
to hide or show the filter criteria boxes
used to search for specific vendor account records.
Follow these steps to search the Vendor Listing grid for a vendor account by name.
If necessary, click the
Filter button to display
the filter criteria options.
In the box that corresponds to the Name column, type the beginning characters of the vendor's name. This search is not case sensitive.

You can type the percent sign (%) or an asterisk (*) to search for names that contain specific letters, such as %son to list all last names that contain "son", e.g., Jackson, Mason, Masonite, etc. The search function automatically adds a percent sign (%) to the end of any search phrase |
Press the Enter key to display the results of your search in the Vendor Listing grid.
Follow these steps to search for a vendor account by vendor number.
If necessary, click the
Filter button to display
the filter criteria options.
In the box that corresponds to the Vendor No column, type the beginning numbers of the vendor's alio identification number (e.g., Vendor No equals "00012" will return all vendors whose vendor number begins with "00012", such as 000120, 000121, 000122, etc.).
Press the Enter key to display the results of your search in the Vendor Listing grid.
The Vendor Listing grid shows the following information for each vendor account. Click any column heading to sort the vendor records in the grid in ascending order; an Up Arrow displays in the column heading. Click the column heading a second time to sort the records in descending order; a Down Arrow displays in the column heading.

This column shows the alio Vendor Portal user name the vendor entered when creating their alio Vendor Portal account. |
This column shows the e-mail address the vendor entered when creating their alio Vendor Portal account. |

This column shows the last date and time each vendor logged in to alio Vendor Portal. |
alio Status |
This column shows the vendor account status assigned to each vendor in alio. Possible values are Active or Inactive. |
