Touring the Demographic Request History Queue

Use the Request Changes link on the Home page to view:

You can filter the Request History grid by address type and status.

The alio Vendor Portal administrator determines the demographic request options available to you. If you are not authorized to submit demographic requests, the Request Changes link does not display on the Home page.

New Request

Click the New Request link to display the Demographic Request Queue. This queue lists the addresses and contacts currently on file with the customer.

Request Date link

Click a Request Date link to display the corresponding request details. You can also use this option to cancel a demographic request.

Request History Grid Field Definitions

The grid associated with each view displays the following information.

Column Heading

Definition

Request Date

This column displays the date the request was submitted.

Click this date link to view the request details.

Address Type

This column displays the type of address changed, e.g., purchase order, primary, billing, etc.

Mode

This column displays the type of demographic change submitted. Values are Add, Edit, and Delete.

Status

This column displays the current status of each request. Possible statuses are Pending, Approved – Finalized, Rejected, and Canceled.

Next Approver

This column displays the names of the persons responsible for approving the demographic request.

Filtering the Request History Grid

You can filter the Request History grid by address type, status, and/or filter criteria box. All filter criteria is retained until you manually remove or change the filter criteria, close the grid filter, or log out of the alio Vendor Portal. The filter values are also removed if your alio Vendor Portal session is timed out.

Filtering the Grid by Status and/or Address Type

Select All to list requests with all statuses.

Select All to list all request types in the grid.

Filtering the Grid using the Filter Criteria Boxes

Follow these steps to filter the Request History grid using the data displayed in the grid columns. Applying multiple filter criteria limits the number of requests displayed.

  1. If necessary, click the Filter button to display the filter criteria boxes that correspond to each heading in the grid.

  2. Type the filter criteria in each applicable box; use the % sign as a wildcard character.  You can type the percent sign in the following positions: X%, %X, and %X%.

  3. Press the Enter key to filter the grid.
