Click the Vendor Forms link to view and download forms published by the district. The documents are arranged by category; the sort order is set by the alio Vendor Portal administrator.
You can open a document in the default application for that document (e.g., Word, PDF viewer, etc.); or launch a URL to open a Web page in a new window. After opening the document, you can save the document to your computer or print the document using the default application's print function.
To view a vendor form:
Click the Vendor Forms link in the Navigation Menu. The Vendor Forms page displays with the categories collapsed.
Click the Expand
button to expand a category; or click the Expand All link to expand all categories.
Click the Collapse
button to collapse a category; or click the Collapse
All link to collapse all categories.
Under the applicable category, click the name of the item to be viewed or, if a URL is selected, launched. If the item is a document, you are prompted to save or open the document.
If the item is a URL, the related Web page opens in a new browser window.
For a document, choose one of these options:
Click the Open with radio button to open the document. Optionally, click to select the application required to open the selected document. The application name will default to the application usually used to open the file type, based on the file extension (e.g., Microsoft Word is the default for a Word document (.doc, .docx, etc.) extension).
Click the Save File radio button to save the document to your computer. You are prompted to enter the folder on your computer to which the file will be saved.
Click the
button.
If the document is opened in a new window, you can print the document using the application's print function. |
