Touring the Vendor Forms Page

Use the Vendor Forms page to create categories and add content to those categories. The content may include documents, Web page links, and document links. Using the Vendor forms on the Vendor Portal Home page, vendors can view, download, save, and, if applicable, print these items.

The Vendor Forms page has two primary sections:

Before creating your category structure, manually organize a category structure based on the types of documents or document URLs included in the content.

Collapse All

Click the Collapse All link to collapse all expanded category levels listed on the Vendor Forms page.

Click the Expand All link to expand all category levels listed on the Vendor Forms page to the lowest level.

Click the Add Category link to add a level one category to the Vendor Forms page.

Maintenance Tools

Use the following buttons to maintain a level one category.

Button

Click the Add Content button to upload a document a document. Web link or URL, or sub category to the category.

Adding Content

Click the Move Up button to move an item up in the content list.

Managing Content

Click the Move Down button to move an item down in the content list.

Click the Modify button associated with the item to be modified to display the Modify Vendor Forms [Category/Content Item] page.

Click the Delete button that corresponds to the item to be removed. The message "Are you sure you want to delete the category: [Category name]? All sub-categories and documents in this category will be permanently deleted."

Click the button to delete the selected category/content item.
