Use the User Role page to:
Change the Role Timeout value assigned to a user role
Add or remove users assigned to a user role
To access this page:
On the Admin Home page, click the User Roles link in the Navigation Menu. The User Roles grid lists the system administrator role.
The WSC Admin and alio Vendor Portal System Administrator user accounts are created automatically when the alio Vendor Portal software solution is installed. These user accounts are assigned to the System Administrator user role by default. The WSC Admin user account is available only to the alio Vendor Portal support team and will not display in the User Roles grid.

Role Name |
In the User Roles grid, click the Role Name link to modify that user role. |

User Count |
In the User Roles grid, click the User Count link to list the users assigned to a user role. |
The User Roles grid displays the system administrator role and shows the number of user accounts assigned to each user role.

This column shows the name of each user role as a link. Click the Role Name link to modify the user role and/or assign user accounts to the user role. Note: You cannot modify the System Administrator role permissions; however, you can assign user accounts to this role. |

User Count |
This column shows the number of user accounts currently assigned to the user role. Click the User Count link to display a list of the currently assigned user accounts. |
Follow these steps to list the users assigned to a user role.
On the Admin Home page, click the User Roles link in the Navigation Menu. The User Roles grid lists all alio Vendor Portal user roles.
In the User Roles grid, click a User Count link to list the users assigned to the corresponding user role. The Users Assigned to Role page displays.
