You have permission to approve vendors' requests if your user name is entered in the Approver field on the System Settings – Demographics Request Setup page. You can identify only one approver. You also have permission to override "override" approvals if you are assigned the system administrator role.
As an approver, you may access the Approval Queue to list:
Demographic requests pending your approval
Past demographic requests approved by you
All demographic requests pending approval
All past demographic requests approved
You can approve or reject multiple demographic requests at the same time or view and approve or reject single demographic requests.
You can filter the Approval Queue by request date, requested by, request type, or additional information. A Down arrow (Descending) or Up arrow (ascending) displays to indicate the column heading used to filter and/or sort the requests.

You can filter the Approvals grid by Request Date, Requested By, Request Type, Status, and Additional Information criteria. Applying multiple filter criteria limits the number of requests displayed.
The filter criteria is retained when navigating to another page in alio Vendor Portal. The filter criteria is not saved when you manually remove or change the filter criteria, close the grid filter, or log out of alio Vendor Portal. The filter values are also removed if your alio Vendor Portal session is timed out.
If necessary, click the
Filter button to display the filter criteria
boxes that correspond to each heading on the grid.
Type the filter criteria in each applicable box; use the % sign as a wildcard character. For example, to list all requests for a specific month, type the number of that month followed by the percent sign (e.g., 01% to list all requests submitted in January). You can type the percent sign in the following positions: X%, %X, and %X%.
Press the Enter key to apply the filters to the grid.
