Forget your alio Vendor Portal user name? You can use your e-mail address to retrieve it. You are required to respond to one of your personal questions, chosen at random by the program. After correctly answering the security question, you will receive an e-mail that contains your current user name.
Follow these steps to retrieve your user name:
On the Sign In to Vendor Portal page, click the Forgot your username? link. The Retrieve Your User Name page appears.
Type your e-mail address,
and then click the button. A random security question
will display.
Type the correct response to the security question. Your answer is not case-sensitive.
Click the
button. Your answer to the security question is verified and, if correct,
an e-mail containing your user name is sent to your e-mail account.
If your response was incorrect, the message "Incorrect. Please try again." displays. If the number of incorrect responses exceeds the maximum number of attempts allowed to answer the question, the following message displays: "Sorry! You have reached the maximum number of attempts to answer the question. The account is now locked. Please contact your Vendor Portal system administrator for further assistance." Click the e-mail address displayed at the bottom of the page to contact your alio Vendor Portal system administrator for further instructions. |
