Use the Vendor News page to broadcast a message to the vendors. This message displays in the System Messages panel of the alio Vendor Portal Home page. For example, you can broadcast a welcome message to vendors that are new to the alio Vendor Portal or a message to inform vendors about scheduled system maintenance.
You can access the Vendor News page from the Admin Home page
In the Navigation Menu, click the News link.
In the Quick Links panel, click the Maintain News link.
To broadcast a message to vendors:
On the Vendor News page, type the message to the vendors in the Edit News text box.
Optionally, format the message text using the Rich Text Controls.
Spell check the message.
Click the

Prior to saving the vendor news, click the Click the |
button to clear the message. The Vendor News page remains open.
